Are there any other additional charges after paying membership fee?

Membership fee provides you 24/7 access to your cardiologist with convenience of home visits. 

However, diagnostic tests and other services are billed separately at discounted prices. Contact us for more information.

How are you able to provide services at low cost?

Our goal is to make cardiac care Affordable and Accessible. Additionally, we keep our overhead cost low by not contracting with insurance, and hence we are able to pass on the discount to our patients.

Should I still keep my health insurance?

Yes. 

Cardio On Call provides preventive and cardiac health maintenance services and does not replace your health insurance. 

Insurance is still necessary for emergency services, procedures, medications and hospitalizations. You are advised to continue your insurance plan. 

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes. 

Cardio On Call will bill Medicare on your behalf.

Will Medicare pay for my membership?

No. The annual membership fee will not be paid for or reimbursed by Medicare. 

The annual membership fee only includes services that are not covered by Medicare. 

Can I still join if I do not have insurance?

Yes. 

We accept all patients irrespective of their insurance status.

What happens if I have an emergency?

Call 911 or go to nearest ER for life threatening emergencies. 

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay my membership fee?

You may be able to use your FSA or HSA. Please be advised to consult with your insurance for further details.

Do you accept health insurance?

No

Cardio On Call is out of network for all commercial insurances. 

We can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please be advised to consult with your insurance for further details.
